Holiday activities...

Is been long since i had updated my blog...this holiday was not that bad since i was occupied with activities around....been helping around in church a few times, serving wedding and funeral masses plus normal masses as acolytes @ altar servers...

To be honest, is been A LONG time i had worn those vestments and serving up those masses...is been too long....lucky enough the skills and knowledge of mine serving those masses are still in me...:)

Been joining the group since form 2? if i was not wrong...

After when over to my alma mater....is just across the church..my pride and sense of belonging to my school...i had been in this school for 6 1/2 years....too many memories, ups and downs i went through here..

Proud too be a Josephian..

Always had that pride and joy and satisfaction being part of the school...every area and compound around the school i knew it by the back of my head...it is an all guys school...the all girls school was just opposite the road :P

I was in all the blocks during my years in school...one of the best years in life...so much the school and teachers had done for me until now..:)

After being a student, i served the school back as a substitute teacher teaching the morning and afternoon session...i taught English, Geography and Moral in form 1, 2, 3 and 4...how cool was that...i was a student AND a teacher back in my school...one way of giving back :)

2 wedding + an ordination.

Over the weekends i was on 3 different occasions....2 weddings and an ordination :)

Pictures telling those stories...a few from those events....

First event was my friends his brother's wedding..:) it was a a fusion of Bidayuh and Kayan, both are the races that could be found in Sarawak. It was my first time i guess attending a fusion wedding...both in different languages..

There was a traditional dance @ "ngajat" by the bride's cousin...in their traditional costume @ Kayan

The next wedding was my mum's relative wedding if i was not mistaken @ sorry mum if im wrong..hehehe :P..this one was done in the Anglican church...:)

Lastly was a priest ordination, Rev Father Adrian Kho in St Joseph cathedral, the church that i used to go for mass....

Holidays :)

Well is been a week right now i amback in my hometown @ Kuching. So much changes that Kuching went through for the past few months while i was in KL. Spend my time with friends and family, going out and just lazying around...enjoying a few quiet moments at home before going hectic again in January...

Despite of the fun and relaxation, is sure a boredom for me.. used to be busy and moving around and now is no work but pure enjoyment and relaxation..

Went out with friends and enjoying their company while hanging out at our favourite food spots in Kuching :)

Most of the time would be Open Air...fresh soya bean...

And Sio Bee @ dumplings? :)

This was wantan mee IF i was not wrong...

RM6 mix rice...duck, chicken....etc etc...

Is been a good holiday for me so far....and hope it will be better along the way :)

P/S: Is going to be Christmas soon :)

I AM BACK!!!! .at last after a good time in KL, i am back right in the comfort of my own home..familiar surrounding, no need to worry about getting lost in my own hometown...no need of paying tolls around...no need to read signboards while driving...this is KUCHING...hehehe...been here for 19 years :P known it from the back of my head.

Of course this semester around i took my time going back..took a ride from home to airport...the always favourite airline, Air Asia - Everyone can fly. And is my first time going back on an afternoon flight. All this time is the first flight out back to Kuching = 7:10am flight..:P

Goodbye KL...for the time being...i be back :)

Hello Kuching...:)

It was raining when we landed..around 4pm

As usual i will be the last to leave the aircraft for no absolute reason..is been a habit

Now i am in Kuching with my family and friends...it was fun seeing familiar faces around...cant wait for any excitement and fun being in Kuching....:)

P/S: No matter what the past or the things that happened in Kuching before...life has to go on

After all Kuching is still my hometown...no matter what..no place like home..:)

Bowling....

Yesterday went out with my classmate, Miss Aidilia for a day out...was boring at home so we planned for a bowling day out...it was supposed to be with a few more friends but at last minute notice is just the two of us...:P

So we went to MidValley, meet up and have lunch and after that bowling time, RM10 + RM2 for shoes = 3 whole game..worth the money...had fun bowling eventhough we were not at our best...the most important thing is to have fun and enjoy..:) * i had fun yesterday :) *

After the game, went around window shopping as usual, it was year end sales plus Christmas sales @ Christmas is around the corner :P.cant wait for that.carols and decorations...:)

She likes dumpling soup....kinda noticed about it a few outing with her..

P/S : Yaya, if your reading this, true right? you always order dumpling soup :P..hehehe

A day goes by....

Holiday is sure a boredom for me. Since young i was not into LONG holidays...i rather have 1 or 2 days of holidays...:)

So for today decided to go out to KL...went to Time Square...sat in Borders @ the bookstore started looking around for books to read and i was planning to get a few new novels..i had been reading my two only novels for a few times already (Cecelia Ahern novels...okay i know is chick litt or something but it was a gift from a friend :) ) Got a few good novels around so just sat at one corner reading and reading and reading...

I ended up reading a bunch of recipe books @ would try some of the dishes once im back in my hometown :)

After tired of reading decided to check out Low Yatt, a place for computers and laptops and handphone hunter) I was attracted to this small notebook @ my laptop has given me problems anyways but still have a soft spot for my old laptop..it has been a great companion for two years :)

Top left to down right bottom : A few of those notebook that caught my attention but colour wise...hmmmm

P/S : The pink notebook was a good one...but..PINK? hmmm

Got this funny fan for my laptop ..there is where the fan is going to be...to cool down this part of my laptop...weird place to put a fan dow...

At night i became the transporter @ sending my cousin for music class or tuition..so get to drive around...coincidently there was a night market @ "pasar malam" as we locals call it nearby my cousins music centre...took the opportunity to poke my head around among the crowds looking at the unusual among the usual i supposed....

After that, went off to this Chinese hawker area (cousins were hungry)

This was supposed to be wantan mee...but it looks like...nevermind.....:)

Thats how a day goes by in my life during the holidays....:)

Finals over = karaoke

Just came back having fun of my life with my classmates after our final paper of examination...it was a worth while going through exam..and now we reward ourself with a small treat by going karaoke..:)

Of course it was after our paper, we went for this singing session of ours and boy...we had so much fun..singing our hearts out, shouting, screaming like crazy people...ignoring the waiter that came in and served us...we were like out of our mind...dancing to the beat...guess stress and pressure for the last few days really makes us go this way :P...just singing as much as we could....

One way of ushering our new semester and waving goodbye to our current semester....

Supernatural...

Is two papers down..one more to go...this Monday would be my marketing broadcast paper....my notes are beside me now...

BUT..distraction came in the form of Season 5:Supernatural...well i was not so a follower of the Supernatural series...on and off fan...but then again Season 5 was exciting and caught my attention as it is about the end of the world @ Apocalypse...Sam and Dean both good and evil...Lucifer and Michael....

Now i am waiting for the next episode to be downloaded from my house mate!!!!!...Cant wait for it..Thanks to Faizal and his obsession with Supernatural...:)

Drama is in my life...

Everyday is a drama day...regardless of time and place..plus attitude...we live and and go through it everyday and at one point of time would tell our children "This is what papa/mama went through during our university life for years.."

We met and we went through things together as friends, close friends, buddies, special friends..( say what you thing is best to describe your situation)...at times we laugh and joke around together...at times we cry and fight...thats normal...

No matter what....remember the day when you had graduated, you look back in time of all the things that all of us went through...its priceless....experienced...

So let us be united than divided...because thats is what we are,,,being united :)

2 Kpg wif Laf....

The weekends are pack with drama...i mean sitcom...just ended our shooting for our group assignment..tv production...entitled "TO KAMPUNG WITH LOVE"...typical comedy sitcom...

Mostly the sitcom is about this typical urban married women. Sofia who had issues going back to met her in laws who are from the outskirts of town, differences in background and attitude makes it hard for her to adapt with her in law.. plus her husband, Aswad met her long lost lover of his, Leha back in in his hometown....so the drama begins with fun filled laughter and entertainment :)

It was fun watching those talents of ours doing their stuff as they are really into their character, each and everyone of them...eventhough it was a last minute search for our production..everything went according to plan and it was beyond our expectation to see the crew and talents giving it all out more than we can imagined.:)
